The incredible buffet. And of course\, a VIP guest list with your name on it.<br><br><strong>🎁 What’s New This Year?</strong>&nbsp\;<br>A new day of the week\, a new post-dinner vibe\, and a few door prizes to help lighten the load on your holiday shopping.<br><br>We’re moving the party to Friday night\, so you can head into the weekend filled with holiday cheer.<br><br>🥂 We’ll kick things off at 5:30 p.m. with a champagne reception in the Reading Room\, where you can ease into the evening with a glass of bubbly and great company.<br><br>🍽️ At 6:30 p.m.\, we’ll head downstairs to the ballroom for an incredible holiday buffet—a Union Club tradition that never disappoints.<br><br>After dinner\,&nbsp\;<strong>the vibe is all about connection.&nbsp\;</strong><br><br>🎄 Instead of a DJ\, band\, or dance floor\, we’re dialling up the cozy with a Santa-approved playlist playing softly in the background—giving you more time to enjoy great wine\, good music\, and relaxed conversation with your colleagues.&nbsp\;<br><br>📸 And of course\, there will be a photo booth for you and your crew to capture the magic of the evening<br><br>Think: festive ambiance\, friendly faces\, and the kind of moments that remind you why this community is so special.<br><br>We can’t wait to raise a glass with you and celebrate the season!<br><br><em>Please note: This event is free for all agents\, and a plus one is welcome at a cost of $95\, which will be added to your brokerage account.&nbsp\;</em>
