The crazy thing is… if you speak to one of the least productive agents in the marketplace and ask how things are going what do we normally hear? Typically (and with even more enthusiasm) you will hear: “I’m soooo busy”. So\, what is the difference? The difference is what these two agents are busy doing.<br><br>The productive agent is busy doing the right things. The unproductive agent is busy doing unfocused busywork. Same hours in a day\, different results.
